Questions

  • Do I need to be in the United States?

    No. You need a browser and a decent connection. The number is American; you do not have to be.

  • Where can I call?

    Numbers in the United States. We switched everything else off, which also stops a stolen password from running up a bill overnight.

  • Is there an iPhone or Android app?

    Both are built and in beta, and not in the App Store or Google Play yet. Today dialredphone runs in any browser, on a laptop or a phone.

  • Can I send text messages?

    Texting is built and in beta. US carriers require every business that texts to register first (this is called 10DLC). dialredphone files the registration from one form and passes the carrier fees through at cost: $19.50 once, then $1.50 a month. Read more

  • Can I bring my existing number?

    Moving a number in is built and in beta. You start it from Settings, sign the transfer form there, and we file it with your current carrier. Read more

  • What does unlimited calling mean?

    Normal business use: up to 2,000 minutes a month, shared by everyone on your team. Go past it and we talk to you first. We never send a surprise bill.

  • Is there a contract?

    No. Pay monthly or yearly and cancel any time. You pick your number before you pay.
